Necker Finance Mauritius has completed the acquisition of Lac Leman Investment Management Ltd. The firm now holds the whole of Lac Leman’s share capital, following an initial 49% interest taken a year earlier, and the Financial Services Commission has approved the transaction.

## The leadership team on the transaction

Rémy Mabillon, Founder and Chairman of Necker Finance, placed the transaction in the context of where the Group has chosen to build:
