Necker Finance Mauritius appoints Guillaume Passebecq, a private banking leader with more than thirty years of experience, as Chief Executive Officer.
Necker Finance Mauritius announces the appointment of Guillaume Passebecq as Chief Executive Officer.
This appointment marks a new stage in the firm’s development and underscores its ambition to strengthen its position as a leading independent wealth management firm in Mauritius and internationally.

With a career spanning more than thirty years in private banking and asset management, Guillaume Passebecq has developed expertise in international financial centres and cross-border financial activities.
He has held senior leadership positions at leading financial institutions, notably with BNP Paribas in Paris and Luxembourg, before joining Bank One Mauritius, where he most recently served as Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management.
As Chief Executive Officer of Necker Finance Mauritius, he will lead the firm’s next phase of development, building on its core principles of independence, open architecture, disciplined risk management and a client-centric approach. He will also further strengthen the firm’s offering to private and institutional clients in Mauritius and across international markets.
